Even people who do the right things in the garden & elsewhere sometimes have problems that are out of their control. They need Improved and Expanded Medicare For All.
Sherrod, I grew a garden everywhere I lived with my Husband, until he was no. longer with me. Everyone should have a garden of their Own. Whether it's in your backyard, a small one on the windowsill, on a Rooftop, or your Child or Grandchild who is sowing their first seed in a little pot waiting for the first sign of life to push through and Cry out, look it's my plant!

A very good analogy, Senator Brown. Gardening is not only work, it's seeing the results of the hard work, even when there are not always good results. We don't live in a perfect world, but we don't give up either. Wishing you success in the next election.
i, too, have a groundhog. i never knew that groundhogs could climb trees, but he destroyed my peach tree and i had to cut it down. since then, i have given up gardening in my yard, and have a community garden plot. unfortunately, today i discovered that something has been eating the green bean seedlings that i recently planted . . .
looking forward to having you back in the senate, and taking out all of the groundhogs in DC. :)
